When will I receive my order?
In stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days from payment received.
Items purchased as a custom order are not started until full payment has been received. Once payment is received please allow up to 15 working days for your item to best posted. We lovingly hand make each of our items and don't want to rush your order! Thank you for your patience. :)

All orders are now covered under a flat postage & handling fee of $8.00. Where we can ship cheaper for example hair ties via letter post we will refund the discrepancy.
VERY IMPORTANT - please don't forget to provide us with your current postal address! :)

Postage within Australia
All items are posted with Australia Post.
If you have selected "Registered Post" or "Express Post" additions, your item/s will be sent via these methods, otherwise all other items are posted REGULAR POST with Australia Post.
Please note that Sugar Plum Tree cannot take any responsibility for items lost by Australia Post Australia Wide or Internationally, therefore we strongly recommend you add the Registered or Express Post (Australia Only) options as these can be tracked for your assurance.
We welcome International Customers and often cost isn't too much more than to post within Australia.
We ship via Australia Post Airmail and in most instances items are received within 10 working days of posting although some countries take longer.
We have a additional regular International Shipping option for $5 (on top of Australian regular post price) at checkout for 1 item only. If you would like registered post please contact us to add this option and we will invoice you as registered post differs from country to country.
If you're outside Australia and would like to buy MORE than 1 item please contact us before placing your order and we'll work out your postal rates and quote/invoice you for your additional postage costs including registered post options (see below).
Orders put through without consulting postal rates, or choosing 1 item but purchasing more will not be posted until postage payment has been resolved & full payment received. Please contact us to discuss.
